Every visit starts with a diagnostic service call. A technician diagnoses the appliance on site and gives you a written estimate for the repair. Diagnostic and travel fees, if applicable, are confirmed before the appointment and before repair approval. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before approved work begins, with Written estimate before approval added afterward.
